Regents House Stone Cantilevered Staircase

A complete structural survey of the four flights and landings was carried out to enable structural modelling of the stair case following concerns regarding load capacity.

The analysis indicated limited variable load capacity of the staircase. Bespoke brackets were designed for the remedial works to achieve 5KN/m2 variable load in conjunction with consultant Conservation Architect.
